Return Policy
1. General Conditions
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made on our website. Return requests can be made for both defective and non-defective products.
2. Return Window
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Products must be new, unused, and include all accessories, tags, and original packaging.
3. Delivery Issue – Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered by LaPoste but you have not received it, you have two options:
1️⃣ Open a ticket with LaPoste to report the issue and wait for their response. Then, provide us with written proof of your exchange with LaPoste so we can analyze the case and possibly process a refund.
OR
2️⃣ Request a free reshipment after providing proof that the package was not received.
⚠️ No refund or reshipment will be made without proof from the customer.
4. Return Method and Fees

Method: Returns must be made by mail.

Return Label: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return address will be provided after the return request.

Restocking Fee: A €5 fee per product applies to exchanges, covering restocking costs.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Items must be in perfect condition for the refund to be approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Partial Refund for Defective Products
If an item in a multi-product kit is defective, the refund will be prorated based on the kit’s price.
📌 Example:

A 10-piece underwear kit purchased for €30.
-
One piece is defective.

The refund will be €3 (€30/10).
⚠️ A full refund will not be granted if only part of the items are defective.
6. Product Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the general conditions.
If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, you can:

Receive a store credit for the product’s value.

Choose another product and pay the price difference if applicable.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:

Personal hygiene products.

Personalized or custom-made items.
These items are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
8. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service via the instructions provided on our website. You will need to provide:
